1. Introduction

Welcome to Emergency Systems ("Service"), developed and operated by Filip Knap ("Provider", "we", "us"). By accessing our website at emergency-systems.eu, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription plan via Tebex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our Service.

2. Description of Service

Emergency Systems is a web-based management portal designed for roleplay communities.

• SaaS Model: We provide the Service as a hosted platform (Software as a Service). You are purchasing a license to access and use the platform hosted on our infrastructure (subdomains such as server-name.emergency-systems.eu).
• No Source Code: You do not receive access to the backend source code, server files, or database credentials. The Service is fully managed by the Provider.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Tebex, our authorized Merchant of Record.

• Lifetime Access: Purchases typically grant lifetime access to the specific version of the Service, subject to the lifetime of the project itself.
• No Refunds: As the Service provides immediate access to digital content and server resources, all sales are final. By purchasing, you explicitly waive your right of withdrawal once the service delivery has started. We do not offer refunds.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or exploits to overload the system (DDoS, spamming).
• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Using the platform to store illegal content or content that violates Discord's Terms of Service.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.

5. Service Availability and Data

The Service is hosted on third-party infrastructure (Helkor). While we strive for 100% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance or technical faults.

• Virtual Data: The Service stores data related to virtual roleplay characters. We are not responsible for any loss of this virtual data due to server errors or user actions.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the design, code, logos, and features, remain the exclusive property of Filip Knap. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your community.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
